Ulives Cold-pressed Organic Italian extra virgin Olive Oil
An organic oil is produced without the use of chemical substances such as fertilizers and pesticides and undergoes checks from specific qualified companies. Only natural substances are permitted. Our organic oil comes from olives grown in certified organic orchards.
The harvest begins at the end of October, beginning of November. The olives are pressed the evening of the same day they come off the tree in a cold pressing mill working at less than 27’C. The oil obtained is then stored in stainless steel silos.
Use:
The oil has the aroma of freshly pressed olives and a fruity but balanced flavor, sweet and spicy with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Suitable for all dishes but particularly good on raw and cooked vegetables. Its fruity flavor renders it especially well suited in vegetable soups, pulses, roasted red meats and game.
Recommended for those who prefer a product that respects the procedures of organic farming.
Storage:
The oil is best stored in a cool, dry atmosphere away from sunlight. Under these conditions it keeps well even after opening.
