Guarantees and customer service

Product guarantee
All our products are delivered with invoice or sales receipt. Should a package arrive without one of these documents please contact us immediately.

Proof of Purchase is required in order to be able to take advantage of the guarantee.Oleum Sabinae Soc. Agricola informs that the commercial guarantee conditions provided do not affect your statutory rights in any way. (Legislative decree of Feb. 2nd, 2002, n. 24)

In the event of any problems with our products we advise you contact Oleum Sabinae soc. Agricola by telephone on number (+39) 0774-608049 so that we can evaluate whether or not the product should be returned to us for inspection. The merchandise can be returned or substituted if defective or if there are inconsistencies with the order, in accordance with current regulations in Italy.

Should the customer decide to return the goods please be aware that:

  • If a product is found to be defective in its production, a new one will be sent out immediately (shipment and collection costs in these cases are our responsibility). To be eligible for a replacement product the original must be shipped back to us maximum 3 days after you have received it, you must call us or contact us via email or WhatApp with a brief description of the defect and also send us a photograph so that we can understand the issue. Please then wait for confirmation of this procedure from the management of Oleum Sabinae Soc. Agricola.


  • If it is decided that the product is not defective, but only damaged by the customer or conserved incorrectly the product will be sent back in the best possible conditions (Shipment and collection costs in this case will be charged to the CUSTOMER)

To have a product collected for checking you must be in possession of a written email request to be sent to the email address info@oliodioliva.it

The email should include the following information:

  • Name of the contact person
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Approximate possible collection times
  • Any further details

Please send us any complaints or claims to email address oleum.sabinae@libero.it or alternatively through the appropriate section dedicated to contacts on our website La Oleum Sabinae Soc. Agricola. The complaints system provides us with constant feedback on our customer satisfaction and an objective evaluation of our business. The feedback allows us to identify any problems and deficiencies, and to deal with any errors or mismanagement so that we can continue to improve the service our customers deserve.
