Our green olive paté with chili pepper is made by mixing olive paste and our hot chili flavored extra virgin olive oil.
Use:
This paté has a pleasant aroma of oil and the taste is gutsy with the typical flavor of olives and the spicy addition of hot peppers. Excellent on bruschetta and canapés, recommended also as a sauce for a traditional plate of spaghetti.
Storage:
Ideally the paté should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened it should be refrigerated.
